Patient records and hospital operations in one system
Clinical records, triage, consultations, pharmacy dispensing and patient billing run on one system, built for the staffing and connectivity conditions clinics work in.
Daily operations view
Sample figures- Daily revenue

Revenue, occupancy, staffing and unpaid bills read from the same record the ward and the cash desk use.
The problem
A paper record is a record you cannot find
Most clinics do not lose data because nobody wrote it down. They lose it because the paper has no index and the details are copied by hand.
The folder is the bottleneck
Paper records carry no index, so finding the history of a returning patient depends on someone remembering where the folder went.
Billing waits for the file
Invoices are written after the shift from notes and registers, so the hospital collects days after the care was given.
The ward is invisible from the office
Bed occupancy, drug stock and unpaid bills are checked by walking to each unit instead of reading a screen.
Capabilities
From the front desk to the ward to the cash office
Every module below writes into the same patient record, which is what removes the re-typing between departments.
Patient records
Charting, visit history and consultation notes sit in one record, with treatment plans, prescriptions and lab results attached.
Triage and consultations
Record arrival, vitals and the presenting complaint at the desk, then attach the consultation note to the same encounter.
Pharmacy and dispensing
Prescriptions route to the in-house pharmacy, and dispensing deducts stock by batch so expiry dates stay visible.
Ward and bed management
Track admissions, transfers, discharges and occupancy, with nursing notes filed against the same record as the clinical chart.
Lab orders and results
Raise lab orders from the consultation and file the result back to the patient record when the bench releases it.
HMO and insurance billing
Generate the invoice and the HMO claim from the encounter, then track payments, part payments and outstanding balances.
Inventory control
Watch stock levels across the central store and the pharmacy, raise reorder alerts before a line runs out, and track supplier orders.
Staff operations
Build duty rosters and shift schedules, record attendance and leave, and export the hours the payroll run needs.
Reporting and analytics
Read occupancy, revenue, stock and outstanding claims on one dashboard, build custom reports with alerts and forecasting, and export any view to Excel or PDF.
Clinical workflow
One visit, four records updated
A patient moves through check-in, consultation, billing and pharmacy. The platform carries the same encounter through all four.
Step 01
Patient check-in
The front desk records arrival, vitals and the reason for the visit.
Step 02
Consultation and treatment
The clinician documents the examination, diagnosis and the care given.
Step 03
Billing generation
The invoice and any HMO claim are raised from the encounter at discharge.
Step 04
Pharmacy and stock update
Dispensing against the prescription deducts the drugs and consumables used.
A single check-in posts to billing, inventory, scheduling and analytics, so staff do not enter the same details again at each desk.
Operations and administration
The back office runs on the same data
Billing, stock and rosters are the three places a hospital loses money quietly. Each one reads from the clinical record rather than a separate book.
Revenue management
Billing, HMO claims and payment tracking
The invoice is a product of the visit rather than a separate clerical job, so the bill reaches the payer while the details are still fresh.
- Automated invoice generation from the encounter
- Insurance and HMO claim processing
- Payment tracking and reminders
- Revenue analytics dashboard
- Multi-currency support
Inventory and pharmacy
Stock, batches and expiry dates
The pharmacy and the central store draw from one ledger, so what is dispensed is what leaves the shelf.
- Stock monitoring across the store and the pharmacy
- Automatic reorder alerts
- Expiry date tracking by batch
- Supplier management
- Usage analytics and forecasting
Staff operations
Duty rosters, attendance and leave
Rosters are published in the system, so cover for a shift is visible before the shift starts.
- Shift scheduling automation
- Attendance tracking
- Leave management
- Performance monitoring
- Payroll integration ready
Before and after
Where the time and the money come back
The change is not a faster filing cabinet. It is that the bill, the stock ledger and the report are written by the same act that records the care.
| Capability | Paper records | Senforge Core |
|---|---|---|
| Billing speed | Invoices are written after the shift from the ward register. | The invoice is raised from the encounter at discharge. |
| Administrative cost | Details are copied by hand between the register, the cash book and the file. | One entry posts to the record, the bill and the stock ledger. |
| Record errors | Handwriting and re-copying between books introduce mistakes. | One record is the source for the chart, the bill and the report. |
| Revenue collection | Claims are batched at the end of the week, after the details have gone stale. | The HMO claim is submitted with the encounter still open. |
| Bed and stock visibility | Occupancy and drug stock are counted by walking the ward. | Occupancy and stock read from the same dashboard. |
Deployment and data
Built for a hospital where the power and the network are not certain
These are the four questions every clinical director asks before signing, answered the way the platform actually behaves.
Keeps working when the connection drops
The platform runs on a server inside the hospital, so records, dispensing and billing continue through a network or power interruption, and the branch syncs when the link returns.
Encrypted at rest and in transit
Patient data is encrypted in storage and on the wire, and role-based access means a records clerk, a nurse and a consultant see different parts of the record.
NDPR compliance and audit trails
Deployment is NDPR compliant with Nigerian data residency options, and every change to a patient record carries a timestamp and an author.
Records stay on your own server
On-premise deployment puts the database on hospital hardware, so the records, and the backups, belong to the hospital.
On the roadmap
Telemedicine moves the consultation off site
Video consultations, online appointment booking and a patient portal are in development. They write into the clinical record that is already running in the hospital.
Video consultations
A doctor and a patient in a call, with the notes filed against the record.
Appointment booking
Online scheduling with reminders before the slot.
Patient portal
Secure messages and access to the patient's own results.

Bring the paperwork your staff handle on a normal day. We will map it to the modules and show the same workflow running in the platform.
