Each piece below depends on the patient record being in place first, which is why the clinical platform shipped before this one.
Video consultations
A doctor and a patient in a call, with the consultation note filed against the same patient record the hospital already uses.
Appointment booking
Patients book online and the clinic sees the slot on the same schedule the front desk works from, with reminders sent before the appointment.
Patient portal
Secure messages to the clinic, appointment history and access to the patient's own results and prescriptions.

The clinical platform is running today
Patient records, triage, consultations, pharmacy dispensing, ward management and HMO billing are available now, and they are where the telemedicine work will plug in.
