Solutions
Start with the industry, not the product list
Each block below describes the problem we hear most often in that industry and names the system that answers it. If none of them fit, we build the one that does.
Industries
Pick the industry you operate in
Four industries cover most of our work. Each one runs on a system built for its own constraints, not a general tool with a new label.
Hospitality
Room availability that only the front desk can see
Reservations arrive by phone, by message and at the door, then get written into a book the next shift has to interpret. The Hotel Booking Platform keeps availability, rate plans and guest history on one record, and takes bookings on your own site while the desk is busy.
Retail and FMCG
A counter that stops when the network does
A cloud-only till waits on a server for every scan, so a dropped connection halts the queue and the day closes unreconciled. SenForge POS commits the sale on the terminal and syncs to head office when the network returns. Shops that also sell online add the storefront and keep one stock count.
Education
One student record, re-entered at every stage
Admissions collect details the bursar, the class teacher and the exam office each ask for again by hand. School Management holds enrolment, guardians, attendance, assessment and fees on one record per student, generates report cards from the term marks, and alerts guardians by SMS.
Healthcare
Clinical work that runs on paper and memory
Files go missing between the ward and the records room, and nobody sees bed occupancy without walking the corridor. Healthcare and EMR holds charting, patient history and consultation notes on one record, routes prescriptions to the in-house pharmacy, tracks occupancy and bills HMOs from the same data.
Common ground
Five systems on one architecture
SenForge POS sets the pattern the rest follow: the device holds its own data, the hardware is what the business already owns, and the tax maths is Nigerian.
The network is optional
A terminal commits the sale, prints the receipt and holds the catalogue on the device. When connectivity returns, the branch reconciles with head office.
Hardware the shop already owns
Receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers and weighing scales connect directly, including ESC/POS thermal printers over USB, network or serial.
Statutory tax on every line
7.5% Nigerian VAT is computed per line item, printed as a breakdown on the receipt, and totalled in the end-of-day Z-report.
Head office sets the rules
Pricing, the catalogue and promotions are pushed from head office to every branch. Sales, stock movements and transfers flow back the same way.
Outside these four
When no product fits the process
Some operations have no equivalent on the shelf: a distributor pricing by route, a lender reconciling by hand, a public agency with its own reporting rules. We build those systems, and we advise on the ones already running.
Custom software
Your workflows, security requirements and operating scale, with integrations to the services you already run.

Describe the process that costs you the most time. We will tell you which system fits, or whether the answer is a build of its own.
