What we collect

We collect an email address, and what you choose to send with it. There are four places on this site where that happens, and they collect different amounts:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, company name and the nature of your inquiry.
• Email updates. Your email address, plus the page you signed up from and any campaign tag in the link that brought you there.
• Readiness checker. Your email address, and only if you ask us to send you the summary. Your four answers are calculated in your browser and are never transmitted to us.
• Template downloads. Your email address, and which sheet you requested.

We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels or advertising networks on this site, and we do not set cookies for tracking.

How we use it

• Contact form submissions are used to respond to you and assess fit.
• Email updates are used to send you occasional product news. Signing up is the request; we do not add you to that list any other way, and every message carries a way out.
• Template download addresses are used to follow up about the sheet you asked for.

We do not sell, rent or distribute your information to third parties, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.

Where it is stored

Email update addresses are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet under our Google Workspace account. Contact form and template download messages are delivered by email through our SMTP provider. Our hosting provider processes requests to this site. Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions.

All three forms are rate limited by IP address through Upstash, which means your IP address is processed transiently to detect abuse. It is not stored against your record or used for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and template download records are kept for 24 months for engagement record keeping. Email update addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Deleting on request takes no more than 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@senforge.com and we will action it within 30 days. Unsubscribe links in our emails work immediately and without you having to ask.

Changes to this policy

If we add a way of collecting information, this page changes with it and the date above moves. Continued use of this site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
